Starting from 1 September 2023 and extending through to 29 February 2024, new customers signing up to any More mobile plan using a CommBank credit or debit card for online bill payments will receive three months of free mobile plan fees.
Beyond the initial three months, customers will continue to receive 10% off the retail price of their mobile plan as long as they continue to pay using a CommBank credit or debit card.
Eligible customers can activate up to five mobile services under this offer.
More CEO Andrew Branson said he is pleased to work with CommBank to deliver discounts amid cost-of-living pressures.
“There is no doubt that life is getting more expensive with cost of living worries and inflation at near record highs,” Mr Branson said.
“An eligible CommBank customer who signs up for our most popular monthly plan – the 25GB plan – could save $117 over 12 months and we all know most households have multiple mobile services so the savings can really add up.”
More’s mobile services feature flexible, no-lock-in contract agreements and include a data bank.
They also provide unlimited standard calls and SMS within Australia.
For CBA card users, plans start at $21.60 a month for 12GB. All plans have unlimited talk and text, and allow data banking up to 500GB.
This is competitive with other mobile virtual network operators (MVNO); More uses parts of the Telstra network, not the full retail network.
